House Blessing

Yesterday, we have a very simple blessing of our retirement house. It was attended by my family, relatives and neighbors. Thanks to the help and kindness of a family friend Lani and Steve Hurtado who accompanied us and talked to the Parish Priest.




With the help of my sisters and daughter, we prepared foods that are just enough to feed my family and guests from lunch to dinner. The Priest blessed the whole house, all its rooms, surroundings and the most important, the occupants and the guests who attended our house blessings.








We also have the traditional throwing of candies and coins and the kids liked it very much. Our guests also used the swimming pool, playground, basketball/soccer/tennis court and other amenities offered by the southforbes.




And of course, celebrations are boring without Karaoke.
