Cold Weather and Colds

The peak season for colds is the colder winter months but itself not a cause of a common cold. It is just thought that during cold-weather months people spend more time indoors in close proximity to each other, thus facilitating the spread of the virus. I would just say that colds are one of the more unpleasant realities of fall and winter.


For the past days, i have this common colds. While i may feel tired or have aches, the illness is centered in the nose, and most of the symptoms are above the neck. Its really uncomfortable having runny nose and some fluids on the nose. We're more than a week here in Germany and while most of the people stays indoor because of the cold weather, i'm in the city browsing around shops.
