My Fitness Program

I think i'm really serious of shedding unwanted kilos, so today i joined lucy for another sweating session. Dirk is very supportive that we even bought another pair of shoes and fitness outfit at festival mall yesterday. As usual, i spend one hour in the treadmill and a few minutes in a cardio bicycle.

Dirk and brian only played 9 holes because of the golf tournament so we dont have time for our beauty treatment after our gym session. We have lunch again at shakeys and this time i ordered spaghetti carbonara.

We then drive to honda service for them to put our euro plates at the back of our regular plate number. I'm proud that most of the car owners used the german plate number D as in deutschland and its becoming a trend here in the philippines.

Our next stop is SM santa rosa, to pay our electric bill and the weekly groceries. There's a big sale at manels, so i take advantage of the 50-70 percent discount on bags and shoes. Shopping is truly in my genes and shoppingitis is my sickness that is hard to treat.
