Cagayan de Oro Trip- October 2016

Cagayan de Oro is the capital of the province of Misamis Oriental and it is the gateway to the Northern Mindanao. The city of golden friendship as it is sometimes called is home to especially friendly and warm Filipinos. We visited the National Shrine of Divine Mercy, toured around the city, dined in different restaurants and mall hopping. We stayed in two of the best hotels in cagayan de oro, the Limketkai Luxe Hotel and Seda Hotel. I liked very much the concepts in the city that malls are near each other and there is a bridge walkway for the safety of the shoppers. There is even a golfcart service in Limketkai mall for persons with disabilities, pregnant women and senior citizens.
