Today, we did have lunch at Asia Garden, a vietnamese-chinese restaurant in Offenburg. It's my first time to try their buffet and it really taste good. In this restaurant, i didn't feel any thickness on my face as a result of too much glutamate in their foods. It's also called the Chinese restaurant syndrome which is a collection of symptoms that some people experience after eating Chinese food. A food additive called monosodium glutamate (MSG) has been implicated, but it has not been proved to be the substance that causes this condition.
