My Hospital Trip

When i attended a birthday party last saturday, i did go home early because of a sudden stomach ache. It's really painful and i thought i'm just constipated. I also develop a low-grade fever which come and go.

I decided for self-medication, i was relieved of the pain but the fever still there. Then there's new pain in my left hand, i cannot move my hand sideward. The affected area is always warm and the pain never go away. Cool mom is really kaputt.

So today, i decided to visit our house doctor. She first put voltaren cream and a bandage on my sprained arm and check on my stomach. Her diagnosis is accute appendicitis so i was refer to the hospital.

But before my hospital trip, we decided to have lunch at our local restaurant Krone which is just near our place. I would say that my concentration is not on the food but more on the hospital findings later on. I have hospital phobia and i'm afraid of blood.

In Klinikum Offenburg, the medical personnel did a lot of tests on me, urine, blood and ultrasound, i was also refer to the OB Gynecologist and urologist. They ruled out appendicitis and their findings is probably i have a stone on my kidney. So i have to take antibiotics for five days and was not yet allowed to work because of my sprained arm. Thank God, i was not operated and sent home, the hospital is for me not the best place to stay.
