Friday Dining and Shopping

We just came back from Alabang where we dined at theSky Lounged of Vivere Hotel and Resort. It was now newly renovated and the ambience is much better than before. They also changed their menus and our favorite fish and chips is not anymore in the list. Anyway, the foods are delicious as always. We also shopped at S&R for some household necessities. It was a great friday and Dirk liked it very much. Thanks to the Hasketts for the lift.

The Wednesday Bowlers

Eventhough its raining, we still decided to play bowling at The Mills Lanes yesterday. We're very happy because Dirk is now joining us and enjoyed the game very much.

Rain Rain Go Away

For the past months, several typhoon come and go leaving behind damages on properties. Today is not an exception because tomorrow typhoon Odette will make a landfall in our area. We, Filipinos are very much aware of the coming storm thats why we always prepare and pray. The pictures below is our trip to Makati area where the rain didnt stop even for a while.

Fitness is Fun

I really gain a lot of unwanted kilos for the past months mainly because i stop working in Germany and just here in the Philippines under semi-retirement mode. Aside from the daily household chores, i took care of Dirk giving myself a caregiver title. But its not enough doing all these rhythmus, i'm still gaining weight because of the slow metabolism given my age. Starting last thursday, i'm very happy that i was able to play bowling and join the aero dance cum zumba with my friends. I'm doing this to keep fit to be able to do my everday routine and be healthy.

Friends Get-Together

I really love to be with our neighbor friends and everytime we have a get-together, we have lots of fun and laughed a lot. It is our way of de-stressing from everyday house routine thats why i'm always looking forward to our next bonding time.

Travels and Events

For the past days, i was not able to blog because of some computer problems. It was not yet solved but i wanted to post some recent activities just like our hongkong trip, birthdays and friends get-together.
