It took us three hours to arrive at Our Lady of Manaoag Church just in time for the 10 am mass. Because of the newly constructed skyway and highway, our trip to the north becomes easier and faster. I felt so happy visiting and attending mass at the Minor Basilica of Manaoag, one tick on my bucket list. I have an unexplained feeling of calmness, peace and lightness after praying and attending the mass. We also bought some religious articles and have it bless by the officiating priest. After Manaoag, we then drive to Sison, Pangasinan to visit the family of my son in law in Canada. They gave us a warm welcome and prepared foods& tupig for us. They also harvested mangoes and siniguelas fruits from their backyard. It was such a great trip and thanks God for the safe travels.
