Yoga with Neighbors

Its good that there is a fitness program in our subdivision. Yesterday, i joined my neighbor friends with our yoga session. It is an ancient practice that helps create a sense of union in body, mind, spirit and also brings us balance. I first thought that its more of meditation and some exercise, but its focus is more on breathing while you hold the poses. This attention to breath is calming which dissolves stress and anxiety. My body particularly the muscles still hurts up to now.




Before my first yoga session with the girls, Dirk and me browsed around Paseo de Santa Rosa. There are still some on-going construction and businesses to open soon. Instead of shakeys, we decided to have lunch at Pancake house.
