Easter, which celebrates Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead, is Christianity's most important holiday. It is the season for reflection and ask for forgiveness for all our sins. And today, Good friday commemorates the passion or suffering and the crucifixion of our saviour Jesus Christ. Many Christians spend this day in fasting, prayer, repentance, and meditation on the agony and suffering of Christ on the cross.
