Baby Tradition

There's a wooden stork (bird) hanging outside the balcony of our neighbor. Here in Germany, its a sign showing and announcing to the whole neighborhood, that in this particular household, a new citizen of this world has arrived. The stork usually carries a sack or basket with a baby doll inside.
