Feast of Immaculate Conception

Today we're celebrating the Feast of Immaculate Conception. It is the conception of the blessed Virgin Mary without any stain of original sin. We as catholics believed that she lived her life completely free from sin. She was preserved by God from the lack of sanctifying grace that afflicts mankind and that she was instead filled with divine grace.
