Enrollment Time, A Parents Woes

With the present economic crisis, its going to be hard for parents to send their kids to school. Employees turn to salary loan, other pawned their jewelries and some borrowed money from relatives. Every year, there's tuition fee increase but the salary of employees is not increasing. For displaced employees, the transfer of their kids from private to a public school is an option.

Education is the best gift that a parent can give to their children. I'm really surprised with the high tuition fees on private schools. The cost dont stop there, there's still the school uniform, books, school things, school shoes and bag and the never ending school projects and the everyday allowances. For kids who have relatives abroad helping or with OFW parents, the problem is less but how about those who have less in life?

By the way, here are some updates with regards to my family:

My grandson Kim (in blue gear) at taekwando competition at Rizal Memorial

My daughter's Rosebelle managers training at McDonalds

My daughters and nieces at ABS-CBN studio, where Rosebelle won Korean won worth 3k

My relatives watching Ruffa and Ai at ABS-CBN

Astrid playing with play money

This is timely with the post I wrote for Litratong Pinoy. its that time of the year where parents enroll their children and part with their hard-earned money.

I just hope that the school-going population will do their best in getting the best from their education
