Today, we did drive to the newly opened city center in kehl, a small german town. It is where the NATO summit was held three days ago where the two host countries germany and france are just separated by a passerelle bridge leading to strasbourg.
This small version of our very own SM attracted lots of french and german people. Since its the first opening day, there are lots of discounts on clothes, shoes and electronic items.
There is also a level parking in which 90 minutes are free. We browsed around the place and do some groceries shopping. We also bought discounted cellphones, deep fryer and hand mixer at Oehler expert electronic shop.
Compared to our malls, this is just a small department store but enough to satisfy the locals where they can shop and dine in just one place.
