Sunday Get Together

 Its my turn to host a dinner get together for my neighbor friends. As expected, foods overflowed again and that means more take outs. Anyway, we really had lots of fun and we really never run out of topic to talk about. Next week is at Avery's place and it will be a grill and samgyupsal night.

With regards to the new quarantine protocols, they now ease the restrictions allowing some percentage for the salons and other business establishment to operate. Dirk finally have his haircut after just staying at home for a month..

Dental Appointment and Air Con Installation

 Our area is still under the modified enhance community quarantine classification so there are still lots of restrictions. Our visit to our dentist is no exception because we need to do it by appointment and need to wear protective gears for Covid 19. If you don't have PPEs, they are selling it for 700 pesos and the dental services is quite pricey also. Anyway, Dirk has teeth cleaning and most of his dental concerns are all done. 

By the way, my newly Kolin inverter air condition was already installed in my room, For me, aircon is life because of the warm weather and also one of its added function is having a built in ionizer which is useful for asthmatic person like me...

Sunday Bonding with Friends

 It was a great feeling being with good neighbor friends again.  In this time of pandemic, its a big relief to share experiences and updating each others lives thru a get together. We are all fully vaccinated but of course we are still careful and following health and safety protocols. Anyway, we always do it potluck and this bonding also served as a healing journey for my close friend Mabel who lost her husband three months ago. 

Dinner with Friends

 Last weekend, i have a nice bonding moments with my favorite neighbor close friends. We have a fun night feasting on grilled fish, veggies, pork, chicken and different desserts. Over those mouth watering foods, we then again talked about our pandemic life. Actually when we are together, we never run out of topics to discussed or talked about.  I am really very lucky to be surrounded with kind, loving and good friends. 

Prior to our dinner date with friends, dirk and me first visited Lhed and Budz house in St. Raymond...

I also have a nice coffee time with Bel after getting our car registrations paper last monday.

By the way. i bought Dirk a new and durable weighing scale. His weight is too much for our old glass scale that it broke into small pieces.

My Kind of Wednesday

 I woke up with a beautiful sight of persian cat on top of my car. He is our regular visitor and sometimes sitting beside Dirk in our terrace. The owner allowed him to roam around the village and have no fear of losing him because of the chip on his neck. He can be easily traced because of the tracking device. Anyway, i was able to register Lhed's car and bought our favorite black olives pizza and crispy onion ring at All American Pizza.
