My Family Here in Canada

Being in a far away land and in the other side of the world, our family is what keep us going.  My nieces and nephew lives more than 2 hrs from our place but the distance is not a hindrance for being together once in a while so we makes the most out of it. They live in Edmonton and once they are here in Airdrie, the catching up talks about family, career, travels and so on never ends.

Back to School

Today is the beginning of the school year for my grandson Kit and the rest of the kids here in Airdrie. Since Rose Belle is at work, i accompanied Kit in the Our Lady Queen of Peace School where i met his classmates and teacher. After summer vacation, the school children are really excited to attend their classes.

Waterton Lakes National Park

Its my third time to be at Waterton Lakes National Park which is located in the southwest corner of Alberta and borders the Glacier National park in Montana, United States. The view was really spectacular with clear lakes, thundering waterfalls, rainbow colored streams, colorful rocks and mountain ranges. It is also home to an exceptional diversity of wildlife and wildflowers and a cozy little waterfront town. The heavy rain and cold wind didn't stop us from exploring Waterton and the nearby Prince of Wales Hotel. Please enjoy the amazing view and capture the nature at its best.

Great Falls Montana

One of the attractions in Montana is the Great Falls which straddles the Missouri river and is known as the electric city because of its numerous dams and power plants. It is also a community with grand traditions, rich history and superb recreational and cultural amenities for the entire family. We really enjoyed the nature and the scenery while exploring other places in this cascade county.

US Trip - August 2019

I'm very happy that my niece Marivic invited me to join their Montana long drive trip. Its my second time to visit the land of the big apple this year and though its tiring but its really worth it. We visited the Looking Glass Hill, Two Medicine Lake, Glacier National Park and International Peace Park.  Montana is also known as big sky country, the treasure state and land of the shining mountains. This also give me the opportunity to bond with my nieces and nephew.
