Chocolates with a Twist

I just wanted to share that there are chocolates for sale in Nuvali Solenad with hugot lines and some love messages. Hugot lines in our language means love expressions coming from the heart.

Random Events

Its been a busy weeks for me because of my wellness journey, from consultations, blood tests, x-rays and ultrasounds at Medical City. Though at my age, i am really not expecting to be physically fit but at least i know that i should lose weight, exercise regularly and eat healthy foods.

By the way, i also attended healing mass at St. Benedict Church where the officiators are priests of  Padre Pio in Batangas. The last time i attended the healing mass was in Switzerland with Fr. Suarez.  I felt a great relief and a nice feeling for our Lord is the Great Healer.

I also attended the house blessing of a very good friend in Bel air.

 

Paningning Challenge

The Shih Tzu puppy named Paningning has been bringing cuteness overload to netizens' newsfeeds and become viral sensation the past few days. The one month old puppy became famous because of her unusual sleeping position lying down with her back flat on the floor. Dog lovers like me also posted in my facebook account our doggies same position while sleeping.

Pajama Party

Its my first time to attend a pajama party hosted by a very good friend at their house in chateaux de paris. It was a nice experience to bond with friends over a sumptuous foods in our sleepwear.

Food Trip

Everyday is a new experience for our adventurous tummy.    At Vista Mall , we tried the new Dumbo  restaurant  and Arroz Ecija located at the middle of the mall. The specialties of the two dining places are smoked ribs and pinoy dishes /delicacies. We tried their foods and in fairness it also taste good.

Tuesday Lunchout

I'm really controlling Dirk's diet but today is his cheat day because we feasted on burger and spare ribs at Burgoo. Look at the happiness on his face ....

Aileen's Birthday Celebrations

Our good neighbor friend Aileen reached another milestone in her life yesterday.  She celebrated her 40th birthday with us with a lunch treat at LZM in Nuvali, Solenad. While we are eating bulalo, pansit, crispy pata, bangus, ginisang ampalaya and pakbet,  we are also busy updating each others lives. It never ends there, an afternoon snack followed at a nearby coffeeshop. While we decided to go home, our other friends still proceeded to Aileen's house for more chitchat, dinner, alcohol drinking till midnight.
