Lions Club Calamba Host in Action

Yesterday, the Lions Club International Calamba Host is again in action. The gift-giving projects started at Bahay ni Maria, a house for the abandoned elderlies and maltreated children managed by Missionary sisters of Our Lady of Fatima. The poor families of Calamba and Brgy. Inchican in Silang, Cavite were also benefited from the project.

Dinner at Mama Lou's Nuvali

Its my second time to dine at Mama Lou's, an italian restaurant in Nuvali, Sta Rosa and a five minute drive from our house. Foods are great and the service are good with the all smile and courteous waiters. Their pumpkin soup is the best for me as well as the very thin crust pizza.

Bonding and Bowling

Its our friends that keeps us going here in the Philippines. Because of Dirk's sickness we don't have any options but stay here longer. Though i miss Germany, but i like it more here. There's really no place like home and being with family and friends. Every week, we make it a point to play bowling and either lunch or dinner out. Soon our friends will leave again to their respective countries of residence, anyway, its just a few months and come christmas holidays, they will be here again.

House Tripping

We don't have any plans to buy a new property, we just accompany future potential buyers at Ayala properties in Nuvali. The houses offered depends on one's needs... from being solo to couples with kids. The price range from 2 million to 4 million and the size of the lot is from 80 sq.m to 150 square meter. The subdivisions names are Avida Settings, Ridgeview, Parkway Settings and many others.

Monday Food Trip

Our food cravings started at breakfast of hotdog tenderloin, yellow cab pizza for lunch and dinner at the newly opened Mama Lous restaurant in Nuvali. It doesnt end there because after the sumptuous dinner, we still have dessert of cakes and froccino at Bo's coffee.
