Boracay by Night

We're still here in the island paradise and just wanted to share some pictures of our boracay sojourn. Next week is the start of high season but many tourists are already here enjoying the sun, sea, sand and even shopping. There's more people at night than in the day. Its much better to walk along the beach because of the cool breeze. We also watched the fire dancer and listen to live music, this is really what we need, a much deserving R&R (rest and recreation).

Hello Boracay!!!!

For the past three years, we were not able to visit the island of Boracay. We're busy with the construction of our retirement house and we're very happy to set our foot once again in this paradise. We have a very smooth flight, the only problem is the harsh landing made by the pilot. I even won a cebu pacific bag during the game on air. Boracay is still the same, only the number of hotels, boutiques and foodstores are increasing. Dirk missed the beach so much that as soon as we're settled in our hotel, he's already enjoying the waters of Bora.

Keith's Baptismal

Yesterday, my youngest grandson Keith Jedrick was welcomed to the christian world. The baptismal was solemnized at our church in San Pedro and the reception was followed at Cabalen Restaurant in Festival Mall. It was attended by relatives, friends and my daughter's Mcdonald family. The number of dishes in the restaurant was no matched to the number of guests. Its a nice feeling to re-connect again with my relatives and family friends.

Southforbes Bazaar-Part 2

Yesterday is the second saturday of our pre-christmas bazaar at Southforbes. As one of the home/stall owners, we sells gift items, household goods from Germany, baked cookies, native products, ukay-ukay and a lot more. Next saturday is the last day of our bazaar and we're inviting again friends and residents outside southforbes to visit our stalls at the villas clubhouse.
