Instead of face to face meeting, our Lions officers created a room in facebook so that we can have our discussions about our club. I think zoom meeting is much better because the sound quality of the FB room is not good. Anyway, we were able to talk about our induction event this coming march. We have to accept the fact that virtual meeting is now part of the new normal.
We started the first week of January 2021 by attending birthday celebrations. The mother of Bambi turned a new milestone in her life and turned 80 while the better half of my bff Bel Huston turned 72. We had lots of fun in both parties and we were even reprimand by our village security guard because of our noise. As usual, foods and drinks overflowed and so was our laughter. We just wish the celebrants good health and more happiness in their lives.

May this new year bring us all good health, wealth, happiness, peace and an end to pandemic. Despite what's happening in our country and in the world, we need to celebrate. By the way, last new year's eve, we had a small friends get together at Huston's residence. We had lots of fun and we really enjoyed the year end bonding. But two hours before midnight and change of year, i have to go home to be with Dirk where we watched the fireworks in our terrace. Its now 2021, new year, new hopes and new beginnings, Please bless us all Lord.....
First of all, we should thank our Almighty God for all the blessings and for keeping us safe during the pandemics. Its been a tough year and we deserve a prosperous, happy, wonderful and blessed 2021.
We spend the day before new year at BudLhed's house. Dirk is slowly getting used to the house and he always look forward spending a day or two there. We also had lunch at Racks and buy something in the market.
