Our Kind of Weekend

Weekends are a busy days for the Manuel/Paala and Bachmann household. There are garage sale here and there and so was the kids festival which was held in the nearby park. It is also the day where we shopped for foods and go to the mall for some personal shopping. We also have our lunch outs where we bond at food halls or in Costco.

Granny Duty

I like it more here in Canada because i can do some activities which i don't do back home just like walking with my grandson Kitkit to his bus station. I can do some exercise and at the same time see to it that my grandson is safe going to school.

We can also shopped here for foods we'd like to cook unlike back home we always eat in the restaurant everyday. I can also be busy preparing and cooking foods for the family here which i missed doing....

There are also some stores providing goods and services to filipinos here in calgary...

Canada Life

Because of the time difference between Philippines and Canada, our body  clock somehow got confused, but thank God we're slowly recovering. Our first day was spend at the Cross Iron mall for a lunchout and shopping at Superstore. The next day, we did go to downtown Calgary for some documentation and later attended the birthday celebration of Mae at Nose Creek Park.
