RMHS Christmas Reunion

Once again, the annual gatherings of Ramon Magsaysay High School Batch 77 was held last night at Sky Villas in One Balete Drive in San Juan, Metro Manila. Almost 200 classmates and batchmates attended the event and everybody enjoyed the bonding and the dancing. Everybody except me also received something from the raffle ranging from small items, cash, branded bags and appliances. My friend told me that i could have won a cash prize but since we left early i was not able to get it. Anyway, what is important is the camaraderie, the enjoyment and my happiness seeing my elementary and high school friends.

SRCLC Christmas Party

The Santa Rosa Centennial Lions club had its first christmas party last friday at our multipurpose hall here at South Forbes. Though it was decided three days before, the event turned to be fun and enjoyable. We have abundance in drinks, foods and of course the fun with our parlor games. We also have exchange gifts and everybody received loots from the raffle.

The B7 Bloggers.. a Throwback

Oh its been nine years already since the first get together of barrio siete bloggers heady by our Reina Kapitana Edwin Jamora. Since then though we don't have a second eyeball, we still have communications with each other.

Dirk's Birthday

For a change, its just me and Dirk on his 63rd birthday.  I just follow his wishes to eat at his favorite korean restaurant and at Nono's for his onion soup.  On his past birthdays, i always cooked for friends but this time we decided to have just a low key birthday celebration anyway christmas is just five days away.

Sunday Cenacle

Mama Mary stayed at Sioson's family for a week and now she is with the Zarn. Actually Remy just arrived the night before from Germany but she managed to prepare and cook for the Cenacle group.

By the way my fellow Lions Remy and Lucy also visited our house ....

Bhim in Canada

The daughter of my first cousin Bhim visited Rose Belle and  Marivic in Calgary and Edmonton. Her short stay was very fruitful visiting main attractions in the area and of course  the shopping spree.

The Learning Links Carolers

Here in the Philippines, we really feel the spirit of Christmas. Everywhere you go. the streets and shopping malls are decorated with christmas lights and ornaments. One of our old tradition is the Carolling where kids and olds alike sing christmas carols to every houses just like what the students of Learning Links did last night. They are raising funds for a specific project but they also enjoyed what they are doing.
