Lions International Convention

Another reason why we are in Las Vegas is to attend the 101st Lions International Convention. Though we were not able to attend Lions activities, still we joined the International Parade of Nations representing our very own country and we are really very proud to be one of the delegates. My grandson Kieth also wear a Barong Tagalog while we wore a Meztiza or Filipiniana gowns.

More of Las Vegas

Its good there is Uber taxi to transport us around Las Vegas. Its more cheaper compared to the regular taxi but there are also some disadvantages because they cancelled so fast and charge your credit card. Anyway, we also visited the M and M and Coke stores, the Pawn stars, Bellagio Hotel and many more. The trip serve as our family bonding and let our pictures speaks for themselves ...

Meeting Friends in Las Vegas

One of the highlights of our trip to Las Vegas is meeting again our family friends Day and Gary Samouris. They left the Philippines in 2015 and since then we just communicate thru FB. It was nice seeing them again just like the good old days and even treated us to a sumptuous dinner at California Restaurant in the downtown area. Time is not enough for all the catching up moments. It seems they are enjoying their lives in the city of lights but they said they are also planning to retire in the Philippines, after all for Day, there is no place like home...
