Bowling and Zumba

I promised myself that i will do something to make my cholesterol and blood sugar return to normal level thats why i'm now regularly attending the zumba sessions during mondays and thursdays. Every tuesday is bowling at starmall and of course aside from my morning exercises, i'm now very careful with my food intakes.

Coffee Time with Friends

I have a wonderful monday when my neighbor friends and me decided to have a coffee time in nuvali solenad. Its more of a bonding and catching up moments that we forgot the passing of time. Also present in Coffee Bean is the beautiful and kind mayor of Santa Rosa, Laguna together with her staff.

Lunchout with the Sawyers and more..

Yesterday, we did drive to canlubang golf club for lunch and catching up with the Sawyers. We have a very nice bonding moment and great lunch over a beautiful greens.

Aside from everyday lunchout to different restaurants, dirk wanted to watch movies. Last week, he watched starwars at SM santa rosa and today i joined him watching the movie criminal activities at nuvali solenad.

Tuesday bonding and bowling with Friends

It became a habit for us that every tuesday is bonding and bowling day at Star Mall in Alabang. I'm very proud of myself because for the past three weeks i always got the highest score. I need to do something for my health because my cholesterol and blood sugar level is not normal. I should do more sports and always be careful of what i should eat.
