Canada Thanksgiving

Last monday, we celebrated the Canada Thanksgiving day with my Southforbes friends and neighbors in our villas clubhouse. Its a day of thanking God for all the wonderful blessings we have received in our life. The potluck celebration is also our way of bonding with friends. For me, i thank God and pray the Rosary everyday.

Eye Run for Sight 2014

In cooperation with The Lions Club Calamba Host, the Municipality of Calamba and other major sponsors, there will be a fun run dubbed Eye Run for Sight 2014 on November 23. This event is for the benefit of TB-Dots awareness in the city. Amidst the heavy rains and flooding in Balibago the other day, we were able to solicit some help from the owner of Oceanic 8. The registration is still ongoing and the solicitations as well.

Bowling with Friends

We're back to our regular bowling at The Mills and Country Club every wednesday. Its our way of bonding and at the same time for exercise. We also have a healthy competition which added to the fun.

A Visit at the Olson's Place

We just came back from our monday tagaytay escapade with my friends. Our first stop was at Good Shepherd where we took our late lunch before proceeding to the modern house of Mark and Grace at Southridge. It was a very nice house, just like the family living there. They are very accomodating and even toured us around their house. They are our former neighbors here at southforbes and moved to Tagaytay to have a new ambience and most important... the peace of mind.

Dinner with Southforbes Friends

It was a spontaneous potluck dinner at the Shepherd's place last sunday with our neighbor friends. Over a combination of pinoy and european foods, we talked about our Lions clubs, future plans and trips.
