Today, a very good friend of ours celebrated her golden year at The Palms and Country club in Alabang. We've been there a number of times and the foods really taste good. The birthday girl was very happy that most of her badminton group from bel-air and southforbes neighbor friends were there to celebrate another milestone with her. After the buffet, we have a friendly bowling competition between bel air and southforbes, of course we win again. Anyway, my wishes for Sally is that may the Lord grant her the desires of her heart, good health and more blessings....

Aqua Zumba

Every year we held an aqua zumba session with our neighbor friends here in southforbes pool. Dancing workouts against the force of the water adds a lot of challenge to all of us. We felt the resistance in every move which is an effective ways to shape up this summer season. Anyway, our water workouts and bonding is really fun where there are two versions, the wet and the dry. Its a dry zumba for those who don't joined us in the pool.

Barcino

Last week, we did have lunch at the newly opened Barcino restaurant in Vista Mall. A step inside makes us feel that we've been in one of Spain's many bars. Good food plus good wine makes a perfect dining experience.

By the way, speaking of european brands, i was surprised to find some stuff that i always buy in germany. Its an export overruns because they produced the items here in the Philippines and exported in europe...

Bonding with Friends

The weather is very nice and its a good time to bond with friends while our loved ones are on the pool. Foods are great and so are our girly talks which makes our clubhouse filled with laughter.

Cenacle

Last night, our Cenacle was held at Miller's house. I am happy that i join again our south forbes prayer group and hopefully more neighbors will participate soon. After saying the rosary, we have our own interpretations of the gospel, sharings and personal cum community intentions.
