For the past days we're thinking if we are going to buy a halfway house cum investment in metro manila. It happened that my good friend is selling their unit at Grace residence in Taguig. We did looked at it but decided not to continue the plan because of some reasons. Anyway its a good trip but the traffic situation going to manila is getting worse day by day.
