It was a tiring day when i joined my friends for a friendly bowling competition in the afternoon and zumba in the evening. My joints ached but it was fulfilling for i lose some calories. Moral lesson here is i should not have bowling and zumba at the same day, i'm not getting any younger so i should be careful with my health. Anyway, we had a relaxing massage to soothe our body pain and pampering too.
