Southforbes Family Fun Run

Yesterday we held the very first Southforbes Family Fun Run and its really a successful event. Its nice to see family members having fun running together. After completing the 1, 3 and 6 kilometer run, participants and organizers have breakfast together. The event was done to strengthen community involvement, have a healthy living and family bonding.

Jun's Birthday at Vikings

Last night, a very good friend of ours celebrated his 5oth birthday at Vikings restaurant near Mall of Asia. Its another milestone on Jun's life and it was attended by his family, relatives, employees and neighbor friends. Its one of the best luxury buffet for me for it overlooks the majestic manila bay. We were really overwhelmed by the number of choices and the pictures below says it all.

Girls @ Work and Workouts

Eventhough we're busy preparing for the Annual Southforbes Family Fun Run, we still have time for workouts to burn those unwanted fats and stay healthy. It also serve as bonding moments with friends.
