Nile River Cruise and The Pyramids of Egypt

We're back here in the Philippines after almost two weeks of Egyptian adventure. Germany and Egypt has the same time thats why i am not yet in the normal mode. Our Nile river cruise from Luxor to Aswan was wonderful with all those historical temples and thombs. The weather is too hot for me thats why i stayed most of the time in our room. Its not my first time in Egypt, i've been there 32 years ago on my way to Germany. I'm a transit passenger then and stayed there almost two days with a quick bus tour of Cairo. We have a fascinating Nile cruise adventure only i was dissapointed with the vendors who harassed the tourists. I was speechless on the view of The Pyramids of Egypt and The Sphinx in Cairo. I still cannot believe that i've been to the world's one of the seven wonders, many hanks to my Schatz Dirk who always kept his promised. We were not able to shop at downtown Cairo because of the political unrest there which affect very much the tourism industry. We stayed in a 525-room (360 euro per night) five star Mena House Oberoi Hotel where most of the world's President stayed during their visit to Cairo (the last President who stayed in this hotel is Pres. Sarcozy of France). The hotel has a magnificent view of the Pyramids. Now join me as i show you our journey from Nile River in Luxor to the Pyramids of Egypt in Cairo.
