Gentle exercises that promote mobility, flexibility and relaxation helps a lot thats why we bought our own treadmill yesterday. It is a great way of keeping fit in the comfort of our own home. My daughter Astrid also used it to get rid of some excess pounds. Reward from her Uncle Dirk is the motivating force to lose weight, she got her Notebook when she reached 62 kilos and now she will receive an LCD flat screen TV when her weight reach 55.
