For the past days, Dirk is experimenting on baking different kind of bread. He just wanted to find out which brand taste best.
He bought different brands of ready mix flour for white, brown and dark bread. So far, he is successful in his baking experience and only one turned disastrous because he forgot to put the yeast which is on a separate sachet, so it turned out to be a monster ball.
He's doing this because mutti and some friends are coming with us to the Philippines in december and they are very much used to german breads. But for me, our local pandesal is still irreplaceable.
