Its my first time to visit Lolo Uweng's Shrine of Jesus in the Holy Sepulchre in Landayan, San Pedro Laguna. Thousands of people everywhere from all walks of life visit Lolo Uweng for healing, jobs, protection and other prayers &wishes. Based on history, Lolo Uweng or Papa Lord image was seen after the World War II in Laguna de Bay in Landayan, San Pedro, Laguna. It was brought to a nearby chapel in honor of St. Michael and since then it became a haven to devotees from Laguna and beyond. At the back of the Church is a deep well that never dries up. To this day, people come to draw water from the well which is believed to have healing powers. It was really a nice feeling having visited the miraculous image of Lolo Uweng and i could have done this before. Anyway it was a nice spiritual experience and i have a great feeling that our prayers will be granted. Since we are already in San Pedro, we visited a friends house and proceed to our other home sweet home.
