Remembering Departed Loved Ones

Today is the day to commemorate our departed family members and friends. Yet the ritual of consciously remembering loved ones who have passed is an important spiritual practice in all our lives. It brings death into the context of our daily experience and reminds us that dying is not the end. So to avoid the chaos in the cemetery today, we visited the grave of my mother yesterday. There are already some people there doing their way to show their eternal love to their departed loved ones. We prayed the rosary and laid flowers on her resting place.
