The Best of Both Worlds

It's really a good decision to build our retirement house in Santa Rosa, Laguna. Our subdivision South Forbes is the Philippines fastest-selling golf residential community which is also close to nature, beaches, metro manila area, airports and entertainment themed park.







It is also near Enchanted Kingdom which has been transporting Filipino families and their friends, young and old alike, to a new world filled with adventures and surprises. With a heart stopping line-up of thrilling rides and attractions, spectacular entertainment and gastronomic treats, there is nothing else like it in the country.




The Solenad Nuvali, a green development area is just 5 minute drive from our place. Feeding the fish, boating around the lagoon and dining al fresco beside the lake are recommended activities here in Nuvali. Even it is a commercial area, there are still many activities around the place which is not typical things to do when you are in the mall like strolling or eating out.




So why settle to other places if you will experience the same serenity here at Nuvali, Sta. Rosa with added activities that would capture its nature.



Another attraction nearby is the splash island. Under new management, it is not only open during summer but whole year round. It is considered as the largest theme water park to let everyone enjoy again the aqua thrills and adventures against a lush tropical landscape. Splash Island is located at the Southwood Ecocentrum in Biñan, Laguna, a perfect summer getaway.





So we really have the best of both worlds because our place in Appenweier is also close to Europa Park which is the biggest entertainment place in Germany. There's also a lot of nature around for other activities and the most important for Dirk, the golf courses are just a mile away. And beside we already established camaraderie on both of the worlds we live in. Thanks to my beloved Dirk for changes in our lives and for choosing Philippines as our retirement haven in the near future.
