Here are my updates to the Top Ten Emerging Influential Blogs for 2009 writing project of Ms. Janette Toral. She is a writer, SEO consultant, trainer, blogger, policy lobbyist and entrepreneur, a respected name in the field of business, academics, blogosphere, etc.
