Haskett's Thanksgiving and House Dedication

Last tuesday, the Haskett family invited us for their thanksgiving and house dedication. For us catholic, its just like house blessing or house warming. It is their dream house and i am very happy that they now have a new house with all the amenities that they like.

Aileen's Birthday Celebrations

Aileen, a very good family friend and my tenant at our SF home turned a year older three days ago. She invited us for a sumptuous lunch at Canlubang Golf and Country Club. It is our favorite restaurant when our white hubbies are still active in golf. Anyway, its nice to bond again with SF friends and as usual we really had lots of fun. It didn't end there and the celebration continues at our former home where they played Rummikub. I admit that i miss their company thats why we see to it that we do have a get together once in a while.

The B's are Busy

We started our tuesday by driving to South Forbes for Dirk's swimming. I was also able to buy some pipe fittings at the nearby hardware for our San Jose house. We then had lunch at Chicken Deli, bought lighting and bathroom fixtures at All home and grocery shopping at S&R. We then visit our San Jose house to see the updates on renovation. On our way home, i stopped at Shell to tank, its good that there is a price rollback unlike last week that it reach 80 pesos per liter of gasoline. The difference in gas price between Santa Rosa and San Pedro is 6 pesos which is quite a lot. Dirk want some donut so we passed by Krispy creme drive thru so his cravings satisfied.
