The Corona virus is already getting closer to home infecting some family members, neighbors and friends. It is sad to know that Cavite has the most number of cases in the whole Philippines. The quarantine protocol is still MECQ which means that Dirk is still not allowed to go and dined outside. Anyway, whatever protocol it is, we are already used to it and better stay at home. To while away the time during pandemic, i burst bubble wraps while watching movies or korean drama in netflix.
I am really very lucky to have been in some of the worlds wonder of nature. These places also retain the essence of the natural world thousands of years ago unmodified in any way by human touch. But there are also some of the wonders brought by new technologies in our industrial world. There are lots of wonders but these are the places that i have been to and will linger in my memories hopefully forever.
Its great to collect souvenirs from our travels and its is really something special having some memorable items on our adventure. The best souvenirs to bring home from every trip is of course the memories we made. But it is also nice to have something physical to remind us of our travels. For more than 4 decades of travelling here and there, i was able to collect travel souvenirs like, t shirts, key chains, ref magnet, mugs, costumes, glasses, clowns, etc. I thanked God for i am really beyond blessed to travel literally around the globe and nice memories to cherished.
Its still pandemic so there are still restrictions and all i can do is just to travel down memory lane on all our adventures with friends and family. I have done blog post on this but separately based on real time and not in one album. This is also my way of saving all my pictures from travel experience around the world. Its not complete because when Dirk had stroke, our travel digital album was in his computer in germany and we cannot open it because we don't know the password. Even before i met Dirk, i'm already a Dora, the explorer and being with him added more places and spices on my good life. Anyway, please join me as i toured you around the world...
