Back to New Normal

 Our place is still under general community quarantine but it seems people are taking this lightly and not following safety protocols. On our part, we are still very careful though Dirk now prefer to dined outside but of course i see to it that he is safe. It is understandable because most of the time he is just at home during the pandemics. He is also very happy to visit the construction site and even suggested some inputs.

By the way, we played as furparent for a day to a lost dog who eventually found her masters with the help of our village security guard.

My Car Essentials

 In this time of pandemic, we need to put things in our home and cars that will protect us from Corona Virus.  We really never expect that we are going to put alcohol, nasal hygiene, air mist disinfectants, pepper spray, face masks/shields and many more in our cars. But these things are very important and so with following the health safety and protocols to avoid virus transmission.

ME Time in the New Normal

 Finally after six months, i was able to pampered myself with foot spa, manicure, pedicure and haircut.  In this new normal, the beauticians wear personal protective equipment or PPEs and there is a barrier between the customer and manicurist. They are just following the health protocols for the customers to be safe from virus transmission. For me, the biggest defense against covid 19  aside from adhering to health guidelines are prayers and boosting immune system.

Happy Birthday Mama Mary

 

Today marked the birthday of the greatest Mom on Earth Mama Mary. She is the Mother of our Lord Jesus Christ who continuously loving us unconditionally. She is always there, helping and consoling us during our trying times. Mama Mary Thank you very much for your love, care, guidance and protection to my family. Its your birthday but please allow me to wish for something, please help our country and the world in this pandemic times. Please help the front liners, medical staff and all those people involve in fighting this corona virus.  Hoping and praying that treatments and vaccines will be available soon so that we can return to our normal lives. Lastly, please cover us with your holy mantle of protection and keep my family safe and free from Covid 19. 

Life After Lockdown

 Though we are now back to the outside world, we should always protect ourselves because the corona virus is still very much around. In our house, both entry points have alcohol and when dealing with Dirk, i always wear my face mask. Ayala malls near our area is not the same anymore, of course there are health protocols to be followed when entering and social distancing is very much in practice. We still don't dine out, sometimes i cook, buy take out foods or have it delivered. This is our new normal and we have to embraced it.
