The First Snow in Airdrie

In a few days, we will be back to our beloved country, to our home sweet home. After more than 4 months here, i would say that its a fulfilling vacation though there are some health issues on the sides. On our last day here in Airdrie, the snow fell and the temperature is getting colder. Its just Autumn but it seems winter is fast approaching. Anyway, i thanked my daughter Rose Belle and her partner Isko for the nice accommodation and travels, and above all thank you LORD for a nice vacation.

Sunday at Iron Horse Park

We spend our sunday at Iron Horse Park where we ride the mini train going around the park. The kids and big kiddos enjoy the ten minute ride and its interesting to know that all the personnel there are volunteers.

By the way, we also attended Macie's 15th birthday ...

Saturdate with Family

Once again, we had the opportunity to bond with my nephew and nieces at Cross Iron Malls last weekend.  Its another catching up moment for us and do a lot of photo ops especially on the trees now that it turned yellow. Its nice to see those colored trees lining up the streets and parks, after all its Autumn or Fall and its getting colder.

While there are lot of heated discussions on gender equality in the Philippines because of the Toilet issue, here in Canada is not a problem because of the presence of universal toilet...

Bonding with Friends

Our weekend starts by visiting Michelle's family for afternoon snacks. Time is really not enough for all the productive talks about life, family, career and status here in Canada. For dinner, we attended the 50th birthday celebrations of a family friend where we have bonding with the momsies while the kids played in the backyard.

A Busy Weekend

We are quite busy last weekend because of the different events that we attended to. Of course first is our spiritual obligation to our Lord by attending the Holy Mass at St. Paul Catholic Church. We also attended two birthday celebrations, watched the games of my grandson Kim and Isko, unfortunately both of their teams suffer losses. We also take a look at what the Airdrie Fest offer this year but its the same as last year. Anyway, we have a very good day ahead of us  despite the cold weather.
