A Busy Wednesday

Yesterday, i accompanied Ivy, Mabel's daughter for her philhealth and SSS applications at Robinsons Mall satellite office. We then have a late lunch at Kanin Club and proceed to Tooth in Style clinic for some dental procedures for her. Just like my daughter Astrid, she is also an OFW in Qatar.

Dirk's New Favorite

Dirk's passion for foods vary everyday, from italian, chinese, pinoy foods now his favorite is sushi which we bought at All Day supermarket in Vista Mall.

Buffalo Wild Wings

we're always curious everytime there is a newly opened restaurants in our area. Just like this Buffalo Wild Wings at Vista Mall where for two consecutive days, Dirk always ordered the mini burgers with french fries. The burgers and their chicken wings tastes great but only its a little bit pricey. Anyway, whatever Dirk wants to eat, we always give in to his everyday wishes on what food to eat. Going for a lunchout is his only outlet after his stroke almost four years ago.

Saturday Cenacle

Last night i joined again the Southforbes Cenacle Prayer group with a small procession from the Sioson's house to Regaspi's residence near the clubhouse. I'm very happy that some of the youth joined again the praying the rosary and the sharing. I miss Mama Mary in the house but She needs to visit other families who welcomed Her wholeheartedly. I know Mama Mary continously blessing us and She wanted the Cenacle to continue here in Southforbes forever.

Baking Marathon

I'm on the go again for baking and started with my banana muffins with raisins. Then i tried baking my favorite macaroons but i'm not satisfied with the output, probably there's something wrong with the preparations or the measurements of the ingredients itself. Anyway, whatever the results of my baking, dirk loved to eat it.

Bonding with Friends

The other day, i spend my afternoon having coffee time which turned our an early dinner with my friends at Coffee Project in Vista Mall. We have a lengthy talk about family, travels and future plans. Time is really not enough for catching up but for sure there's always a next time.

Baking 101

I'm officiall back to my old hobby... and that is baking. I think i did not bake for almost a decade because i believe that buying bread or cakes is more practical than making one. But everytime i see my daughter Arianne posting what she bakes in Facebook, the calling is there. So i get rid of my old oven which we bought in germany and bought a local one. It do the work and my first try of baking banana muffin is not that bad with the help of you tube and my daughter. I will be seeing myself doing a lot of baking in the coming days than staying longer in the computer which makes my eyes hurt.

Southforbes Cenacle Group

For more than a month Mama Mary stayed with us and i felt sad when she depart from our home to be with Sioson family. During the time that Mother Mary was with us i felt her pure love with my family. Hopefully there will be more families that will open their home for our dear Mother.

Royal Doggies

My royal puppies are now little doggies. Take a look at Chay's babies then and now with their new family. I'm very happy that they live a good life with their new masters, spoiling and loving them as if they were kids. I'm really very grateful to them for being so kind to our cutie puppies.
