A childs seventh birthday is indeed a grand celebration here in the Philippines and so was the 1st and 18th for girls and 21 for boys. Last June 23, my grandaughter Mimi as we fondly call her turned 7 and we have a big party for her yesterday at Jollibee Pacita. It was attended by our family members, close friends, relatives and her classmates. The kids and the big kids enjoyed the parlor games and our Mimipot is truly very happy.

Celebrating Father's Day in Boracay

It's a late post but just to let you know that we celebrated Father's day in Boracay. It is a celebration honoring and recognizing father and father figures contributions into the lives of their children. For many years, Dirk have been a good father to all my seven children. He is a very good provider until he suffered stroke three years ago. This Boracay trip is a father's day treat of Astrid and Aleth. For my children, its payback time to the man who changed and turned our lives 360 degrees.

Boracay has become the top tourist destination here in the Philippines. We never get tired of coming here every year for the island has a lot to offer for local and international visitors.
