Dining at the Top

Because of our numerous errands yesterday like applying for the new version of E-pass which is the RFID, car repair, a visit to the granite store, etc, we decided to have a late lunch at Vivere Hotel. Dining on the 31st floor of The Nest restaurant gave us a different feeling, as if we are on top of the world.

Lunchouts, Bowling and Zumba

Spending time with neighbor friends is a great way to pass the time and doing things together makes the bond stronger. We're surely going to miss the Sawyer and Haskett couple once they return to UK and canada. And because of the new technologies only the distance keep us apart, but we're still one in the spirit of friendship.

The Stations of the Cross@Southforbes Villas

In the observance of the coming Lenten season, a Stations of the Cross was done here in our place for the first time. It is the 14-step Catholic devotion that commemorates Jesus Christ's last day on Earth as a man. The 14 devotions, or stations, focus on specific events of His last day, beginning with His condemnation. The stations are commonly used as a mini pilgrimage as the individual moves from station to station. At each station, the individual recalls and meditates on a specific event from Christ's last day. Specific prayers are recited, then the individual moves to the next station until all 14 are complete. Fr. Conrad Amon of St.Benedict Church led the parishioners in every stations and after the procession a mass was held at the main clubhouse.

Moviedate with Friends

After our boodlefight lunch at Seafoods Island restaurant in Ayala Mall in Nuvali, we watch a movie The Choice. Its a very nice love story that will bring you to tears. We are really very lucky with the location of our house because it is near the shopping centers and restaurants. Indeed, our place became the favorite place for field trips and slowly becoming the Makati of the south.

Tuesday Bowling and Bonding

Its another tuesday of fun and laughter with our southforbes neighbor friends as we enjoyed bowling at Starmall Alabang. We're just taking advantage that the Sawyers and the Hasketts are still here in the Philippines. Soon their vacations here will be over and will surely misses them. We're also lucky today to get some bowling tips from the coach of the Philippine team.
