Astrid's Romblon Vacation
Romblon is the country's main source of marble and one of the prettiest in the Philippines with panoramic views reminiscent of the meditterenian island. My daughter Astrid and her father's family visited the island for a week and they have a great time bonding with the family for it is also the hometown of my mother. Let the pictures speaks for themselves.

Ret.Maj.Gen.Lumbres 81st Birthday
To reach the age of fifty is great but to reach 81 in this world is amazing. Yesterday, the better half of Lion ate Vicky Lumbres celebrated his 81st birthday at their resort owned Villa Flora in Calamba, Laguna. Its an hawaiian theme party and guests came in their best floral dresses or blouses. Foods and drinks overflowed and so with the warm greetings of the couple's friends and relatives.

Lions Monthly Meeting
Last night i attended again the Lions club calamba host monthly meeting. As usual we discussed again the minutes of the meeting from last month, future plans, conventions and the preparation for June 19 Rizal day. I am very happy to be with the group to which the primary goal is to help the underprivileged ones.

My Eiffel Towers
I have been several times in France but the most memorable is our trip to Paris. I still remember that the trip is a birthday gift from my better half. Its a dream come true for me but unfortunately i cannot open anymore the picture files because of our kaputt hardrive. Anyway, i still have one picture on the right side of this blogsite and i have two eiffel decor towers at home to remind me that its one of the nicest place i have visited.

My "Chef" Collections
I am not an alcoholic drinker but i am an avid collector of chef wine holder and other decors. Somehow it fascinates me and it bring glows to my kitchen counter.
My OFW Daughter
We're very very happy when she arrived for a vacation but the hardest part is when she leaves again to resume her work at Tim Hortons in Canada. It is really heartbreaking the last two days before she left because of her two kids who became closer to her. I've been there.... experience that when i'm still working and living in Germany. Just like me, my daughter just wanted to provide for the family and give a better future to her two sons. I know its really hard for a mother to leave kids behind but i hope next year in God's time they will be with Rose Belle in Canada.
