There's no Place like Home

We're back here in the Philippines, there's really no place like home. We have a very smooth flight but my stomach somehow was not cooperative enough. Probably the last days stress and kaputness putt a toll on my health. But now, i'm back on the track, meeting friends, bonding with my family especially my grandchildren and attended the San Miguel Beer Oktoberfest in Paseo which is just 3 minutes from our place. This is indeed what our body needs, a relaxed life.

Charity Gala Night

Last saturday, we did drive to Emmendingen for the annual charity gala night and in support for the candidacy of our friend. I am not in my best element because its just a spontaneous decision to join my friends. The proceeds of the fund raising will be use to help the poor people in our country.

The Sawyer's in Germany

Last week, our family friends Lucy and Bryan from UK together with their close pals visited us here in Germany. It was a long drive for Bryan but its all worth it because we did a lot of activities and bonding moments. We toured them around our area and did go by train to Strasbourg, France. We're really very happy of their visits and the bonding will continue in the Philippines comes the holiday season.

Mary's Birthday

A birthday is a joyous occasion and what could be a better birthday gift than the gift of happiness and spending it with loved ones & friends. Mary, a very good friend of mine celebrated her birthday with dear friends in an Italian restaurant yesterday. The foods are soooo delicious that other guests are wondering why we were able to consume all the salads, pasta and schnitzels.
